When you remodel a remodel...

8th Ave had been through a few hands before it fell into ours. Cheap and thoughtless flips had distorted the floor plan, along with most of the original details from when this 1913 Craftsman was first built. 

Working closely together with the owner, I was able to reimagine an airy floor plan which tied the living area together. The layout distinctly keeps each room separate for practical daily use, while also allowing all bedroom areas to feel secluded and private.  

The Master Suite boasts dual skylights filling the room with natural light. The Master also features an en suite bathroom with a spa-like feel. The egg shaped tub sits upon river rock and is spotlighted by the glass tube sky light above, almost as if you've found the buried treasure you've been searching for.
