In 2011, while going through the home buying process, Colt first discovered his love for real estate. He spent months and months searching for the perfect home. He wouldn’t settle for less and feels like no else should either. He has the first hand knowledge of what the whole process entails.
After purchasing his first home, Colt redesigned his kitchen and bathrooms to modernize the space while maintaining original craftsman elements. Since then he has worked on several remodels for his clients, refreshing old floor plans and finishes.
